1. About this policy
This policy describes how Hit the Road Dude at hittheroaddudeai.lol handles information when you browse the site or use account, payment and video features.
2. Photos and generated clips
The tool uses one photo of a cat or dog to request a fictional video in your chosen scene. We send your photo, scene reference and selected settings through APIB / APIMart to Seedance 2.5. If reference motion is enabled, an example video guides gestures and camera rhythm. The prompt requests original English audio, not a real person's voice clone.
Upload only a photo you have permission to use. This tool is for pet photos, not photos of people. We do not publish your uploaded photo as a site sample, sell it or use it to train our own models.
3. Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address, secure password hash and sign-in sessions. Social sign-in, if enabled, uses the details provided by the selected sign-in provider.
- Generation information: your account ID, selected scene, resolution, duration, permission confirmation, prompt, provider task ID, task status, credit cost and generated video link.
- Orders and credits: purchased packs, amounts, currencies, payment status and credit transactions. The payment provider shown at checkout processes card information. We do not store full card numbers.
- Support and security information: support messages, request information needed to prevent abuse, and account activity needed to investigate technical or payment issues.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions and account preferences. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout. Analytics and optional site integrations run only when configured by the site administrator. This version does not include the reference website's Clarity project or its self-hosted analytics service.
5. How information is used
We use information to operate your account, process authorized orders, maintain credits, generate and deliver clips, answer support requests and prevent abuse. Requests ask the generation provider to perform automated input checks. These checks may be unavailable or incomplete and do not guarantee detection of every prohibited upload.
6. Service providers
Hosting and database services process information needed to run the site. APIB / APIMart and its model providers process photos and generation requests. The payment provider identified at checkout processes payment information. Provider processing and retention follow their own terms. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the Service.
7. Retention and deletion
The application sends your photo to the generation provider and does not keep a separate local photo file. Provider-side copies and their retention are controlled by the provider. Generation records and video links are stored in the database for your account. Links may expire; download clips you want to keep.
The delete action removes a finished clip from your account view. It does not guarantee immediate deletion of a provider-hosted file. For account deletion, access requests or provider-file deletion requests, open a support ticket. Records needed for orders, accounting, security or disputes may be retained.
8. Security
Production uses HTTPS. API credentials stay on the server and are encrypted when stored through the settings service. Account and clip access require authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password.
9. Your choices
Sign in to view and download your clips, change account details, or request access, correction, deletion or export through support. Requests are verified before action. Applicable rights depend on your location.
10. Age and international processing
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors. Providers may process information in countries other than yours.
11. Updates and contact
